Nuala Flynn HSE DNE As an ICF coach I believe that coaching is based on the premise that the person being coached has the answer. The coaching relationship supports the coachee/client by creating a safe space to meet them where they are at, encouraging them to move forward to where they want to be. The coaching process provides the coachee/client with the opportunity to reflect, challenge, explore and empower themselves to find their own answers. It taps into the individual’s strengths while revealing new ways of thinking and doing things. By availing of the coaching process an individual can enrich their potential and belief in themselves to achieve / influence what they want to move forward with.
Anne Forsythe Southern Health & Social Care Trust My philosophy of coaching is about ‘Making Good People Better’ – by providing clients with the structure and space to clearly define and consider a topic in order to achieve fresh perspectives and new insights. This enables clients to generate their own solutions and help them move forward into action and plan for successfully achieving their coaching objectives. I work to build a strong and understanding coaching relationship and have been described as engaging, an excellent listener and of being ever present with the client, whilst at the same time providing the right level of personal challenge in a safe and confidential environment.
Paul Gallen HSE West Coaching enables individuals to transform their potential into actions and outcomes.
Niall Gogarty HSE DNE •Coaching entails helping your clients grow and become more self aware, at the same time, helping others to overcome problems in their work. •I focus on quickly developing a connection with my clients so that we can move to evaluating the current situation, deciding where we want to go, developing a plan for getting there, and implementing the plan for results. •I use active listening to focus on what the client is saying and is not saying, to understand the meaning of what is said in the context of the client’s coaching needs and to support client self-expression •You'll find yourself thinking more clearly and coming up with solutions that eluded you before.
Nuala Gorman Southern Health & Social Care Trust Coaching is a safe, confidential opportunity to take time out to explore your individual approach to managing challenges that enables you to move forward & realise personal growth. Coaching builds confidence. Coaching empowers you to influence your situation in a positive way. Coaching gives you energy! Coaching helps us be the best we can be.
Frances Haigney HSE DNE I firmly believe that each person has the ability to reach their full potential & achieve their goals, each person has their own unique solution & answer. In the coaching relationship I believe that we can work together to untangle complex issues, clarify & set goals & challenge any assumptions that may hold you back.
Carmel Harney Southern Health & Social Care Trust “Coaching is a voluntary and equitable relationship with a focus on self empowerment to create change, personally and or professionally, that will add value and enrichment at an individual, organisational and societal level”
