About HSeLanD
HSeLanD is the Health Service Executive’s (HSE) national online learning and development portal.
Built on a fully integrated Learning and Talent Management System, HSeLanD is developed and maintained by the HSE National HR Capability and Culture function.
The HSeLanD team works collaboratively with hospitals, HSE divisions, and teams to develop and deliver high quality online learning, training, and development opportunities to support the wider Irish health and social care workforce.

Who is HSeLanD available to?
HSeLanD is available to staff in the Republic of Ireland within the hospital and community setting in the HSE, in the voluntary hospital sector (Section 38), and in associated non-government organisations (Section 39) working in health or allied services.
HSeLanD is also accessible to students registered on health-related programmes in recognised academic institutions.
